Vietnam Airlines open new Paris office

Vietnam Airlines held an opening ceremony for their new Vietnam Airlines European Head office in in Paris on January 26th 2010. The Vietnamese Ambassador to France, Le Kinh Tai, was present along with the Chairman of Vietnam Airines' Board of Directors Nguyen Si Hung. The Director of Europe, Le Dung, said that the aim of the office is to advertise and enhance the image of the airline prior to Vietnam Airines joining the SkyTeam in June 2010.

In 2009 Europe accounted for nearly 20 percent of Vietnam Airines’ total turnover.
